Psychological Targeting, Acoustic Torture, and Involuntary Experimentation
Documenting Covert Neural Manipulation and Behavioral Conditioning
This site exists to document an ongoing pattern of covert psychological harassment, non-consensual behavioral experimentation, and neural manipulation that began in March 2022. The goal is to raise awareness, consolidate evidence, and approach these deeply disturbing events with clarity, calm, and scientific consideration.
This is not a delusion. It is not paranoia. It is not a case of untreated mental illness and my goal is to draw a clear distinction between symptoms of mental illness and the very real possibility of being subjected to organized, covert abuse and unauthorized research.
Rather, it is a lived experience of targeted psychological terrorism — persistent, intelligent, adaptive, and technologically advanced — with clear violations of privacy, cognitive sovereignty, and bodily autonomy.
Purpose
- To treat neurological and behavioral interference as a scientific and ethical crisis.
- To acknowledge the potential involvement of classified technologies or government abuse.
- To present evidence calmly and factually — without speculation, but without denial either.
Potential Origins
Possibilities include:
- Classified technology falling into the wrong hands (dark web sales, black market neural tools)
- Rogue actors within the NSA, CIA, or private contractors
- Private ideological groups (eugenics, behavioral cleansing, spiritualized extremism)
Violations
These actions have included extreme and humiliating intrusions, such as attempts to stimulate arousal while typing, associating pleasure with coercive cues, and conditioning sexual response during moments of creativity or joy.
A Final Note
About the Domain Names
The domain names used for this site — notdeaduncle.com and guillermoisanevilgenius.com — are not arbitrary. They are based on recurring pseudonyms and internal nicknames used by those involved in or referenced during the ongoing harassment. Their use here serves both as a form of digital trail preservation and to acknowledge the language patterns and identities used by the perpetrators or their observers.
If you have information or have experienced something similar: You are not alone.
I submitted detailed reports to the local police department on Sept 10, 2024 and Dec 5, 2024, including written documentation of the incidents, patterns observed, and technical notes. When I spoke with an officer (Ben Burrow, Broomfield Police Department, Colorad), they did not suggest I was imagining or fabricating anything. Still, they admitted that due to the discreet and technologically advanced nature of what I described, there was little they could do to help. That conversation validated the experience not being "in my head", but left me feeling deeply helpless — like I was being systematically targeted, yet had no viable route for protection or validation through traditional institutions.
Key Observations
Auditory Perception of RF Signal ("Morse Code"-like)
Intermittent clicking/tapping sounds resembling Morse code are frequently audible without the aid of equipment. These are structured, repetitive, and not tied to any local sound source. They often intensify during psychological stress or agitation and can be detected via EMI-sensitive devices such as chargers and analog audio cables.
On software-defined radio (SDR), the signal manifests as a narrowband tone with subtle modulation, indicating a stable carrier potentially used to deliver encoded data.
Signal Behavior Consistent with PSK or On-Off Keying
The SDR signal appears stable in frequency, but the audible experience is rhythmic and data-like. This suggests use of BPSK (Binary Phase Shift Keying) or on-off keying. An audible or electromagnetic “sync” tone may indicate a training preamble, similar to handshake tones in digital systems.
Brainwave Sensitivity & Behavioral Feedback
Signal patterns seem to respond to neurological and emotional states. For example, ingestion of THC appeared to trigger immediate signal changes, implying feedback from EEG or cognitive activity. Emotional or meditative shifts alter the perceived signal, suggesting adaptive targeting mechanisms.
Physical Sensation of RF Pulses
Short, sharp pulses are frequently felt through the body—especially in the skull and upper torso. These are associated with:
- Clicks or pops inside the head
- Vibrations or tension bursts
- Pressure sensations and changes in alertness or mood
Environmental Effects on Appliances and Surroundings
Refrigerators and similar appliances produce unusual hums and modulated noises under high-intensity conditions. These are not explained by power cycles or mechanical failure and were observed in both home and public locations, such as grocery stores. Possible causes include induced currents, capacitor resonance, or RF coupling with electrical infrastructure.
"Click/Pop" When Changing Audio Devices
Switching between audio devices yields a distinctive pop or sync-click—possibly a resync event or codec handshake. This is reproducible across multiple devices and may indicate external signal injection or synchronization with internal timing mechanisms.
Interference with Biological Processes (Bowel Function)
Episodes of sudden, unexplained constipation occur during heightened signal activity. The effect is reversible with rest, shielding, or signal interruption, suggesting neural modulation of GI processes possibly used for behavioral coercion or punishment.
Possible Systems or Technologies Involved
- Active EM Audio Masking Systems: Covert injection via EM fields into analog/Bluetooth audio; can sync with Wi-Fi or powerline networks.
- Ultrasound-Based Neuromodulation: Used to stimulate or suppress brain activity remotely, often combined with audio masking.
- Adaptive Brainwave Feedback Systems: Detect EEG field shifts and dynamically adjust modulation in response to emotional/cognitive input. Disrupted by THC or neuroactive substances.
- DEW/Psychotronic Hybrid Systems: Combines directed energy, sound, and feedback loops for targeted psychological interference.
Metallic Object Coupling
Several household metals appear to act as signal enhancers or antennas:
- Flagpoles
- Sink/shower fixtures
- Laptop casing (MacBook Pro)
- Metal baby gates
These items resonate with or reflect EM signals, confirming an active RF field.
Recommended Investigative Actions
- Wide-spectrum EM/RF sweep (ELF to GHz) with time-based sampling
- Audio demodulation and phase inspection of SDR carrier tone
- Appliance diagnostics with focus on capacitive/inductive parts
- Pulse detection in home, especially near sleeping areas
- Behavioral correlation logging (mood, substances, location)
- Shielding experiments using Faraday cage, mesh, or absorptive foam
